The President and his
advisors are on high alert when they get reliable reports of an impending attack
on a military installation. The only problem is they don't know where the attack
will occur.
Josh is furious when he finds out that a gift he passed on to Donna ends up for
sale on eBay. Donna in turn passed the gift onto an unpaid intern who Josh wants
to fire.
CJ goes shopping with her niece for a prom dress and ends up purchasing a dress
for herself (the black Vera Wang of the title). The threats on her life continue
and it's clear that her stalker got close to her even with the secret service
